Lasting Powers of Attorney Service Price Guide
Not all Lasting Powers of Attorney are the same, and not all Lasting Powers of Attorney services are the same, so price should be taken into account along with the quality of the documents drafted and the completeness of the service offered. Saving a few pound now, might end up costing you thousands later.
The Typical price for a Lasting Power of Attorney (Health and Welfare or Property and Financial) is £225 and this includes VAT where applicable. A 10% discount will be applied to each Lasting Power of Attorney if two or more Lasting Powers of Attorney are drafted at the same time. If you use our LPA service at the same time as you make your Wills, a further 10% discount is available. Additional charges may apply for complex clauses or non standard work.

*The LPA commentary is a guide specific to each LPA that explains each paragraph in the document in plain English. This ensures you know exactly what each clause means in your LPA. This is a very useful document, both at the time you sign your documents, and in the future when you need to remind yourself what your provisions are.
** When the LPA is registered, a fee of £82 is due, payable to the Office of the Public Guardian. This is in addition to our professional service fee. The OPG fee may be reduced or be waived depending on your income.
